when supporters are allowed into The Valley.
Disabled supporters will be contacted before every match so that they can supply details of the carer attending that match with them.
No fan numbers will be required.
Supporters should try to keep a 1 metre distance from each other unless in their Social Bubble or with their carer.
Masks/ face coverings must be worn in all areas of the stadium unless medical factors prevent this.
The maximum capacity of The Valley will be restricted to 8,200 with ticket priority being given to season ticket holders.
Any seats remaining will be sold on a match by match basis using the club's points system.
All supporters will be contacted with details of their 20 minute window for accessing the ground, as will all supporters who have had to be relocated from their usual seats/spaces.
"Red" areas have been put in place where no supporters are allowed access.
These are pitchside, the access path between the South and West stands to the pitch (which means the two disabled toilets at the end of the West Stand are not available), the first three or four rows of seating at the bottom of the lower West Stand, and one half of the West Stand car park.
The main impact of this is that those ambulant supporters seated in the affected areas of the lower West and ALL wheelchair users at the front of the West Stand will have to be relocated.
These fans will be consulted individually.
The South Stand will be open for home fans. No visiting team's fans will be allowed in.
Access to the South and West Stands are via Lansdown Mews and Valley Grove only.
Access to the East, North, and North West Stands are via Harvey Gardens.
All lifts, except in West Stand reception, are operating with reduced numbers of supporters allowed in.
Every second turnstile in all areas of the stadium will be closed but with reduced capacity and allocated access times this should not affect waiting times.
Supporters leaving the ground will be separated block by block and row by row. This may add approx' 5 minutes to leaving times.
If you are bringing a bag with you to the match it should be a clear plastic bag to help with the time it takes to access the ground.
"One-way" procedures are in place on all walkways in the stadium.
No food or drink kiosks are open within the stadium. The food and drink outlets directly outside the stadium should be available.
Supporters are allowed to bring in their own food and drinks, particularly if health issues are a concern.
Collection and return of headphones will continue to be from the West Stand reception on matchdays.
The processes already in place for booking disabled car parking and Valley Express spaces will continue for this season.
