The Team at Charlton Athletic Football Club have worked with Charlton Athletic Disabled Supporters Association (CADSA) to review and develop the disability parking process for the 2026/27 season, which includes input from fans utilising the disabled car park facilities at The Valley.

Key Contacts

Disabled Parking Priority System

Disabled Season Ticket Holders will receive priority access to parking allocations for all home fixtures at The Valley for 72 hours from the release of each block of games.

The following spaces have been reserved for Disabled Season Ticket Holders:

  • West Stand Car Park – 19 spaces

  • Lansdowne Mews Car Park –8 spaces

  • Harvey Gardens Car Park – 6 spaces

Disabled Season Ticket Holders will be emailed first and invited to book parking for each fixture block.

Following the Season Ticket Holder booking period of 72 hours, the remaining spaces will be made available to Match-by-Match Disabled Supporters:

Match-by-Match Disabled Supporters wishing to apply for parking should contact the Club using the details listed above. Parking will be allocated on a first come, first served basis subject to availability.

In the event that parking is fully booked, supporters will be placed on a waiting list. Supporters on the waiting list will be given priority in the event of cancellations. Any unused Season Ticket Holder allocations may be released to supporters on the waiting list or Matchby-Match applicants at the Club's discretion.

If a supporter is unable to attend a fixture and have booked disabled parking, it is important that they contact The Club via email (disability.parking@cafc.co.uk) or via telephone (0208 333 4000) and explain that they cannot attend the fixture so we can provide the space to another fan to utilise the space. Supporters must notify The Club before 4pm on the day before the fixture is scheduled to be played. If a supporter fails to contact The Club on more than 2 occasions, they will be unable to book spaces for the next block of fixtures that are released for parking. We understand that emergencies occur and in these cases The Clubs Disability Liaison Officer will review these on a case-by-case basis and will be monitoring no shows.

The Club offers drop-off facilities for Supporters to drop passengers at the following locations:

  • Valley Grove Entrance (located outside Away Turnstiles)

  • Outside of The Club Shop

  • Outside of Harvey Gardens Car Park

  • Outside the Lansdowne Mews Car Park Gate

In the event supporters cannot get a parking space in their desired car park, if available, they will be offered a space in an alternative car park and can utilise the above drop-off facility.

Please note that you must arrive to the ground 1.5hrs before Kick-off to avoid road closures. Anyone arriving after 1.5hrs may be asked to return at kick-off to gain entry to the car park.

The Club has a total of 35 Disabled Parking Bays available at The Valley:

  • West Stand Car Park – 21 Bays (including 2 bays reserved for Away Disabled Supporters)

  • Lansdowne Mews Car Park – 8 Bays

  • Harvey Gardens Car Park – 6 Bays

Parking allocations will be managed separately for Disabled Season Ticket Holders and Match-by-Match Disabled Supporters as detailed above.

Please see additional information below on the fixture blocks that will be available to book and the dates on which the club will email to allow bookings for each fixture block.

Please note all Cup Competitions will be booked separately and will be available 2 weeks prior to the cup fixture. To book parking for the cup games please email disability.parking@cafc.co.uk. Parking will again be on a first come first served basis.
