  • We are aware there are a limited number of spaces and have been trying to source other venues suitable for fans to use but have yet to receive any response from these locations. We will continue to keep trying with this.

  • Parking spaces are on a First Come First Serve basis - see here for more information.

Stewarding & Health and Safety

  • At the last meeting a number of issues were raised regarding Health and Safety and Stewarding. Since the meeting CADSA have discussed these issues with CAFC's Disability Liaison Officer and Head of Operations. He has now fed back that:

    • Radar locks are now fitted on all disabled toilets.

    • Toilets are to considered for refurbishment between seasons in order to improve accessibility and cleanliness - Fans are asked to report any needs to CADSA for this.

    • Health and Safety Boards with evacuation procedures have been created and should be fitted shortly to all disabled toilets / near lifts.

    • Stewards leaving before all fans leave in the lifts to be raised at the next SAG meeting (Safety Advisory Group) if it continues during the remaining matches so that training can be completed for next season.

Disability Coach

  • Chairman Tony attended the Oxford and Southampton games on the coach. Photos can be seen on our Instagram of this.

  • The Coach can take 1 fixed wheelchair space as well as several "Semi-Ambulant" people who are able to transfer from their wheelchair to a seat and ambulant fans.

  • There is now a English Disabled Fans Forum created by Manchester City that CADSA have been invited to join and is linked to Level Playing Field - Further information on this are to follow.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

  • CAFC have received a EFL Gold Award for their EDI code of practice. This is for "the commitment and collaboration of staff across both the club and Community Trust, alongside the ongoing work of the club’s internal EDI Working Group". Fans can read about this here.
